I hadn't heard that anywhere.  Thanks!  Other country currencies vs. US dollar may be a good scorecard for how our economic policies are doing.  A stronger dollar means a stronger US economy?  Grok thinks it's a good quick and dirty indicator.  Right now we're doing well against other major currencies.  Very well against Iran is a good sign.
