Based on nothing more than vague claims of ‘rape’ that occurred as far back as the 90’s, the corrupt, communist soon-to-be overtaken by islamic government wants to punish Brand for daring to criticize the shit show they perpetrated on their citizens during the covid scam.
There are good and valid reasons why the shit show that is england is a shadow of the former empire. They deserve to be shunned by America, and tariffed into correcting their insane dive into oblivion as a nation.

This metoo weaponization of alleged sexual misconduct from decades ago has gone too far. Among its many fallouts is the lack of trust in real victims. I don't buy ANY of it anymore without hard evidence.

What kind of "hard evidence" would you want to see in a sexual misconduct trial?

Well that’s the problem isn’t it? There’s never any real evidence decades later. This is the very thing that allows it to be abused as a tool for political weaponization. No other crime that I know of has such widespread acceptance of “she said” as enough evidence to convict a man and ruin his life. They even codified it into a slogan: “Believe all women”.

Maybe the same level of evidence that any other crime has been committed? One or more other people who were witnesses or at least told at the time of the alleged misconduct. Some kind of evidence that the perp was there and not somewhere else. Perhaps a contemporary pattern of similar behavior. But otherwise "because I said so" is simply not enough.

Believe all women is only true if you rephrase it.
Believe only liberal women.

Lawyers tell women to lie and tell the court their husbands were physically and mentally abusive, which gets them jailed without due process. This is to leverage child custody, increased support and increased alimony.
If the woman is caught lying, which has happened, there is no penalty.

Telling your client to commit perjury should get you disbarred. I can more easily believe the women themselves make up the lies all on their own. On the other hand, you’re probably right. Anyway defining “abuse” especially mental/emotional is a blurry line. Anybody can claim emotional abuse.

Probably "soft coached" and led to embellish and reinforced until they believe the mischaracterization.

Evidently, my crude attempt at high school humor failed.

No, I got it. I just chose to overlook it. Despite the fact that it was me who first referenced “hard” evidence. ;D

The "whoosh" you heard was the joke going right over my head. :)
