If they win the Emmy, will that help the lawsuit Trump filed.

I have never been interested in the Emmy races, but I now have a category to watch.

All legal opinion I’ve seen says the lawsuit has no chance. I think the President is letting it stand for visibility of the deception. Apparently it’s perfectly legal to lie and deceive in whatever way you want, in a political campaign. Our local RINO Congressman did so last year in his campaign. Massive blatant lies about his opponent.

But an Emmy for deception? A new category. “Most Deceptive.”

The case has merit if the plaintiff can prove malice.
