ANOTHER DEI judge has embarrassed himself, and the half wit obama who nominated him.

In a stunning out come this incompetent, imbecile was elevated to federal judge based on nothing of substance except his color and political agenda. His latest ruling is so pathetically dishonest that the entire opinion had to be removed.

DEI appointments are destroying our government. From kamala to kjp, these appointments are all, and only about homosexuality, trans issues, skin color, and radical politics, and their behavior is so bad it is taking the USSC to undo the damage they are making to America.

I can’t cite the source but I believe it, I heard it on one of the many podcasts I listen to. It’s probably been confirmed by the likes of Thomas Sowell.

What he said was, when considering only IQ, and nothing else, black and white men earn exactly the same amount of money. (If memory serves he said it’s a bit different for women but there are other confounding factors with women.)

The black men with high IQs I’ve met, I found this to be true. In fact I know a black woman where it’s also true, but she doesn’t have kids yet so that might be the confounding factor.

The point is, the job market WANTS merit, and doesn’t care about skin color. But you wouldn’t know it from all the muh racism propaganda. But when you promote unqualified minorities because of DEI, you create a false impression that the minority is inferior, the exact opposite of what you virtue signal you’re trying to do.

You have to face head on two realities: On average, blacks score lower than whites on IQ tests and, blacks are a small percentage of the U.S. population (though it is highly regional). This leaves you with the awkward result that if you hire only on merit, you may have low black representation in your group.

What makes this worse is the perception that things aren’t “fair” unless you have equal representation, like 50% of your company is black. When maybe only 13% of your region is black. You’ll have a lot of trouble making that 50% without lowering your standards and it’s even worse if a smaller percent of blacks have the high IQ you need.

So you end up using a DEI policy, hence unqualified minorities, whose low performance nobody except the willfully delusional misses, resulting in the stereotypical perception that blacks are inferior.  This is deeply unfair and hurtful to blacks in general. All of this applies to other minorities too. Hiring based on identity characteristics is not only illegal (you are actively discriminating against straight white males) but I submit it is actually evil, and hurts the very demographic you claim to care about when we all know what you really care about is just getting their votes.
