The DOJ statement (on their website) indicates that "Today, a federal grand jury has charged former FBI Director James Comey with serious crimes related to the disclosure of sensitive information."

MSM talks about President Trump ordering that Comey be indicted.

um, I didn't know President Trump could order a grand jury to do anything.

That asshole bragged about leaking classified fbi info to a friend of his, with the understanding that that scum bag would leak it to the scum bag media.

He also bragged about having his #2 use classified documents and get them to the press.

  He’ll be tried in Virginia in a district that is very left leaning. 

I have my doubts he’ll be convicted.  If he is, he faces 5 years.
