During the Biden Regime, they packed the courts with radical activist. Our republican senators voted for them, or just didn't attend and didn't vote.
(To be clear, this judge was a Clinton appointee).
Congress has the power to remove these federal judges as congress created their positions. Speaker Mike Johnson has made threats but nothing else. The USSC also has the power to reign in rogue judges, but won't.
Come 2028 IF democrats regain power you will see the USSC add several new judges and a slew of even more radical judges appointed. This is lawfare to the extreme and it's very effective.

Does anyone else see the similarities to the election fraud lawsuits of 2020? Both of these cases have lots of evidence but the judge finds a technicality (supposed) to toss the entire case out. This has zero to do with the merits of the case, it's once again nothing but lawfare and legal jujitsu.
Look for the Bolton case to go the same way.

The cases were dismissed "without prejudice," meaning that the cases against Comey and James can be brought again alleging the same conduct, only this time we make sure that the i's are dotted, and the t's are crossed.

Oh, the swamp will be drained, but it won't drain itself. It will drain because the government will collapse and then the politicians/bureaucrats will be dealt with. All civilizations eventually collapse. The Greeks, the Romans, the Mayans, all of them, and they all follow the exact same pattern. We are transitioning into step 6 of the seven-step cycle of civilizations: moral decline, national identity collapse, public debt, hedonism/nihilism/entitlement, political corruption normalized, etc. We are rapidly approaching the point where we no longer trust our government and the currency collapses; and we have a front row seat. It's happening right before our eyes!
