Not really.
If it does, I would just feel sorry for the innocent Venezuelans that have suffered so much already.
But I suspect Maduro will either cave in to Trump, or he will fall out of a window or down some steps or something.
If we do go to war, Trump won't allow it to turn into a stupid RoE slugfest with our military's hands tied like several of our previous wars. He'll go in to win.

Talk of maybe hitting select targets where illegal drugs are being made. And CIA covert ops. Dems whining about war crimes because we hit one drug boat twice. And that we’re getting ready to go force a regime change because Trump offered Maduro safe exile to a third country. And speculation we want their sour oil (different grades of oil are specific to different refineries so that we have plenty of our own isn’t the entire story.)
Full scale invasion, troops on ground highly unlikely. Massive protests in USA from both sides I imagine. But propaganda fearmongering that Trump’s gonna do that.

The reason for the crying over Venezuela from the DC swamp is what could be uncovered there. They don't give one shit for the people. There is a lot of quirky shit going on down there and the swamp is heavily involved. If Venezuela falls and we get in there ahead of the CIA heads are going to roll.

I believe this is true, but I won't hold my breath till Christmas. It could take longer, but it will happen.
But I do want to caution everyone not to totally discount the opposition they might put up, military or no military. Guerillas can vex much superior, over confident armies. We did it in the Revolutionary war and we have had it done to us in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and other places.

It was, sort of. A regime change and a more friendly government in an oil rich country within our own hemisphere would be a good thing. I know nothing about oil and refineries, though. Making Venezuela great again would be a good thing for us.

I just read a book that talked about the different grades of crude and how they need different process protocols and refineries are tailored to the types, they’re not easily interchangeable. You can’t just ship any old crude from any random well to any random refinery.
What I heard about Venezuelan oil and that Trump wants it for us was somebody else’s speculation and I’ve no idea if it is true. Maybe I can search that book, which is a book book, like paper pages, and see if I can find where it talks about Venezuelan oil.

It happened but it’s a nothing burger. The first strike didn’t knock them all out so they double tapped. Isn’t that sort of standard? It’s only because Orange Man Bad in charge anybody pretends to care.
