Title: Thune Sinks the SAVE Act

Thune will not remove the silent filibuster and thus ends any possibility to pass the SAVE Act. The republicans cannot wait to hand over the house and senate in November.

I look for the establishment to try to stop Paxton. If they don't, then the RNC will work very hard to defeat him in the general and hand the seat to the democrat. This is how they work.

BTW, McConnell controls the NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee). He's not listed as an officer but he very much controls it.
