Who doesn't love "Laughter in the Rain"? When his 70's string of hits were out I didn't know that it was his "second coming" and he was a mega star in the early 60's, when I was but a tyke.

Yeah. I was born in 78. No idea who he was.

Kind of funny. I was born in '52 and saw the first round of Sadaka. But by time he had his "second coming", I was barely paying attention to new music any more and had completely forgotten about him. Hearing loss, partially caused by too many ridiculously loud concerts in the '60 contributed to that.

Don't like his style, nor voice at all.

Neil Sadaka’s music is / was very much like Mel Torme’s. It soothed and entertained, as opposed to screamed and yelled.
I loved it.
