I don’t have many hero’s in my life. But yesterday I lost a high school classmate, my quarterback, and a warrior.

Sorry to hear that Stan. RIP Sir.

A loss for all of us, Stan. Keep the faith.

You knew him? Condolences, surely. His passing was quite a thing.

Thanks. I was his right tackle our senior year in high school. He was QB.
He never wrestled, but the wrestling team didn’t have someone at 185 our senior year, so Stearney joined the wrestling team to help the team out. He got 3rd in the conference championship.
That’s the kind of guy he was.
Many of my class are gathering this Sunday at a classmate’s bar in the Chicago area to toast Scott.

Again, huge condolences. Scary when our friends start shuffling off the mortal coil. Thankfully I haven't yet lost any buddies in a fashion that didn't involve machinery, speed and at least a touch of stupidity.

So sorry... :'(

It's a sad story.
