“Contrary to the NYAG’s misleading statement issued earlier today, the Foundation has been seeking to dissolve and distribute its remaining assets to worthwhile charitable causes since Donald J. Trump’s victory in the 2016 Presidential election," Futerfas' statement said. "Unfortunately, the NYAG sought to prevent dissolution for almost two years, thereby depriving those most in need of nearly $1.7 million."
Futerfas went on to contend that in the past decade the foundation has distributed about $19 million to 700 different charitable organizations.
The NYSAG has taken a deliberately position in such a never ending campaign of harassment against the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, DONALD J. TRUMP, that even a blind fool like steingar should be capable of seeing through the ruse.

Not to deflect, but the Clinton's should dissolve their money laundering, slush fund Clinton Foundation. All those donations from foreign enemies, and Wall Street for "speaking fees" came about when Hillary was a Senator, then Sec of State, then as a Presidential candidate.
She owed a lot of entities and people that were against America she would have had to pay back if she became President. Thankfully SHE LOST!!! w00t!

So if I understand this correctly - the Trump Foundation has been trying to shut down since 2016, but was prevented by a lawsuit by the NY AG. Now they allege that the foundation has committed multiple crimes while Trump has been president.
Do you know how far down on the “so fucking what” scale this is?
I hope the people of NY are happy with the kit AG wasting so much money trying to catch Trump in some kind of trap. This is really getting to be unreal.
