Oh but I think they do. Government serves to help ensure their re-election and satisfy their insatiable thirst for complete power.

Career politicians have become like Royalty, and that was not the model in which this country was founded. Now they are untouchable, and insulated so we have little recourse but to vote against them. Then if they lose, another one replaces them whom are the same or worse. The game is rigged. The bureaucracy is also largely untouchable.

Seems like a rather unrealistic goal, actually. Having a controlled border is part of sovereignty.

Also, you will be respected as long as you can logically defend your positions. You may find that some of us actually agree with you. Occasionally.

The Left wants to destroy our sovereignty through giving Illegal Aliens amnesty and essentially creating Open Borders. They want Globalism because they U.S. isn't Progressive enough for them.
