Title: Immigration proposal

We should open at least two new "Ellis Islands" type reception centers.

Put one in San Diego for those coming in from the South or West.
Put another in New York for those coming in from the East or North.

Unlike the historical Ellis Island, everyone must have identification and documentation.
Everyone will be finger printed and DNA tested and results go into a database.

Everyone must know at least a little basic English and commit to learning the language as a priority.
Everyone will be assigned a conditional visa of varying types.
Only a very few legitimate asylum cases will be afforded any "free" services.

Once in, they are responsible for themselves, and will be REQUIRED to personally check in with current status at a local immigration office. (more goverment jobs  :(
If they have children with them, a direct family relationship must be proven (DNA test at their expense).

If they don't check in, a warrant will be issued and they will be found and deported.
If they commit a crime they will be deported.
A fee equal to the SS tax and Medicare tax will be levied based on at least a full time minimum wage job for all adults.  This fee would be offset by actual SS and medicare payments.

Additionally:

The border must be sealed.  This may or may not require a wall if the Border Patrol is allowed to do their job.

Assume ALL people illegally crossing the border at other than an immigration center are criminals.
They will be finger printed and DNA tested and deported.  To avoid liberal outrage, parents and children will be deported together.
Once caught and "tagged", they will no longer be eligible to come through a legal immigration center for at least 5, or maybe 10 years (or until they attain adulthood).
If they resist capture, the will be subject to lethal force if necessary.

Quotas might have to be implemented at a later date.
There would also be many other stipulation.
