Been watching the testimony on Fox. Lindsey Graham did a good job on the opening.
Diane Feinstein, as typical, looks like an old senile hack who was only interested making a statement of "no political bias". Can't see the forest for the trees.
During the lunch break, Chris Wallace was talking so fast and stuttering and stammering trying to redirect the narrative away from the abuse of the FBI/DoJ.
And then that fuck Juan Williams chimes in. What an ignorant fuck. TV is on mute until the hearing resumes.

Rush is talking about it now. He's doing a good job summarizing the situation. The whole thing is bias. Because stupidity and incompetence is randomly applied, but when ALL the "errors" favor only one direction, it's very clearly deliberate bias.

He was tough on both parties, yet rarely used the cheap talking point “gotchas” used today. Their panels were lopsided, but Russert kept it fair. After he died, Meet the Press became unwatchable.
Same with Tony Snow on Fox News Sunday, except he was even better than Russert. His panels were as balanced as can be. When he died, Fox News Sunday became unwatchable. I stopped watching the show a couple years ago. Wallace is a democrat hack, always has been, and always will be.

I really miss Tony Snow. He was such a class act, and you're exactly right, he was fair and balanced. He was an admitted conservative but gave everyone on the panel and other guests time and respect. Russert was an admitted Lefty, but was the same way. They were both a pleasure to watch.

I was listening to whatever Rush was relaying this morning while I was trying to unclog the shower and I wasn't paying attention. But I heard him say the Republicans paid for it and whoever was (cross?) examining him said "That's not true!" Anybody know what I'm talking about?

I don’t know, but I’ve heard democrats say the exact same thing. Must be a line of fiction repeated often enough by CNN to be turned into fact.

I don't remember the details, but I have heard that during the '16 Republican primary, some Republican had something to do with looking into this. But from what I heard, that was dropped, but later picked up by the Dems. I don't know details either or if I believe it, but it does sound plausible. It seems to be one of those things with a grain of truth that the Dems play to the hilt, sort of like when a Democrat commits murder, they say "well there are bad Republicans too".

After lunch I had to watch MSNBC because Fox cut out and went to a Sheriff’s briefing on a shooting. The MSNBC didn’t even break for a commercial.

Yes the Republicans during the primary did pay fusion to dig dirt up on Trump but after he won the primary they dropped it. Then the Dems (paid for by Hillary) came along and made a whole new contract with them that led to Steele etc. Steingar made the same error and somewhere on this site I posted the whole story which was reported in the New Yorker so you can’t claim it’s right wing propaganda, but it is not widely talked about in mainstream media. So I think Comey might have actually believed it. It’s part of the whole made up fantasy fairy tale the left tells themselves.
