Agree. I’ve feared this all along, but now with the pandemic recession, we are great danger if they come up with somebody charismatic. Not to mention their planned cheating.

They never wanted Biden. Even the Chocolate Messiah still won't endorse him. And the past two weeks Biden has fucked up so much they really want him gone.
Cuomo is trying to position himself, we'll see. If he mismanages NY anymore during this covid shit he's out. Hillary wants desperately to have the party to beg her to run, but that's not happening.

Think about it, running a primary campaign is expensive, and messy. Waiting to be nominated at a contested convention is way better.

He was at 43% in February. A new poll reports 85% favorable on his response and 71% favorable overall. But I can't find where the sample was drawn from. I can see that he's popular in the NY metro area, but how does he play in the rest of the country? And what happens post-crisis when he drops back down to his old normal.

Yes Biden is the worst, but NONE of the Democrats are leaders in ANY WAY. Pure pollsters and panderers. They couldn't lead a Pimp to a brothel.

They know that enough people don't like Trump's personality that if they put someone rational and not completely hated, they win in a cake walk. I believe they're not wrong. Biden fails that "rational" step. The more he talks, the more he looks like someone who might interrupt a speech about Syria with a rant about pancakes.
Their trouble is, Cuomo says he doesn't want to run for president, so the only way he makes it as the nominee is really a contested election and it's looking like the only way that happens is if delegates betray Biden. Ironically, they're stuck with the rules they changed to ensure the primary winner becomes the candidate.

Cuomo has many sound bites, videos and statements that make him unelectable to anyone but the hardcore Northeast and West Coast far left Progressive Democrat. His ACTIONS and statements against legal firearm ownership, the "Safe Act" and his rants about conservatives not being welcome in New York State are many and caustic. He is NOT a good candidate.

I know some of my democrat friends are saying how good Cuomo is doing. Some are same people that like Bernie and dislike Biden. So with them I would say Cuomo has a chance. Granted they are all going to cry if it is not Bernie.

I did hear someone observe today that this virus is unfair. The president cannot hold a political rally because you can't have more than 9 people gathered at once. For Sleepy Joe, that isn't an issue, he can hold all the rallies he wants.
