What the fuck? Rush, write to Trump about this. The virus hammer came down on everyone equally, didn’t it? Why ask someone’s color?

Only the Oppressor can be Racist, not those promoted as being "oppressed".

Thomas Sowell said that historically, every group that was oppressed and subsequently became un-oppressed went on to become new oppressors or at least tried to. They never settle for “equal”. Modern feminism is the best example.

Personally I think it’s just the flow of human pack behavior.

Well, the CARES Act PPP application doesn't have that as the first question.  If you are using a financial institution's online portal application, then, yeah, all bets are off wrt the workflow.
