So the Southeast portion of PA around Philly has gone "GREEN" today. That means places of business previously considered "Non-Essential" can reopen and operate with restrictions. So, I assume masks, social distancing and occupancy restrictions.
PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia and surrounding counties have advanced into the green phase of the state's reopening plan. Gyms, salons, barbershops, indoor dining, and entertainment venues are some of the businesses that will return with mitigation guidelines.
The eight counties in our area that have moved into the least restrictive phase of the three-tiered plan include Philadelphia, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton.
Is your area open, and if not, when? What are you seeing with regards to people using masks, etc?

Don't be fooled. The democrats want this to go through November. The "reopening" will be followed with "OMG, cases are exploding!" then more calls for more measures.
More and more testing is being done, which of course means they are finding more infected people. But they are leaving out that the majority showing an infection are asymptomatic, and of course they are totally ignoring the death rate has fallen dramatically.
The plandemic has been a wild success for the dems and progressives, as well as their media.

Of course. We are already hearing "Second and Third Wave" crap. However, I think people finally are coming to the realization that contracting Covid-19 is not a death sentence, not even close, and people are largely recovering. I get the general sense that most people are tired of this ruse.

They are, but the dems are working hard to keep it going. They are getting very creative in their work arounds. Also, they are hammering free state governors day and night, and the cracks are forming.
Mark my word, they will use this as a way to suppress voting.

Maskachusetts is slooooooooooooooooowly "reopening"
A number of "non-essential" businesses are now allowed to open (I'm especially appalled that Houses of Worship are "allowed" to open). Included is indoor dining, with many many many requirements and guidance.
The gov announced plans for schools to open in the fall... and, of course, there are many people crying that the plan isn't good enough and there isn't enough funding.

We are pretty much open in Wisconsin. No state orders survived the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling the D Governor’s orders were unlawful because they extended beyond the legislative authorized limit of 60 days.
That being said, they are now trying to give County Health Directors unlimited authority over these things. Citizens are having to show up and fight these at county board meetings.
I’m so tired of playing Wack-A-Mole with these democrats and their unlawful power grabs.

Yes, now the end run is county health officials. And the county administrators are now telling businesses that they must forbid anyone not wearing a mask to enter, or face a fine and/or removal of their business license. Completely gets around the state constitution.
In the free states the dems have launched an endless campaign against the republican governors. They want new lockdowns, so they are chipping away piece by piece to get to the goal.

The dems are hammering him 24/7. Texas has reopened and the economy came roaring back. The dems went into a frenzy and want it stopped.
So now all elective surgeries halted, various counties (liberal hell holes) mandating businesses require mask, bars closed and restaurants forced to reduce capacity. In another 7 to 10 days there will be more restrictions. Abbott hasn't figured out he can't placate them, when he gives in on one thing, they demand three.

Elective surgeries in Hospitals are halted in Harris (Houston), Dallas, Travis (Austin), and Bexar (San Antonio) counties. Surgery Centers can still operate in those counties. All other counties are no affected with this order.
You are correct about the liberal hell holes wanting more and more....

Despite and uptick in cases here in Georgia, Governor Brain Kemp assured us today that things will remain as is. We had Cracker Barrel for breakfast and Chinese Dine-In for dinner today.
I have noticed the push in some states to make masks mandatory and Biden has said he'll use his executive power to make them mandatory nationwide.

Wait until people once again try to prevent certain people from wearing a face covering (e.g., muslims). It's a gimme that suddenly the government will not be able to mandate such things.
