If so, by who?
So many businesses issuing mandatory mask policies. Winn Dixie said n and has now reversed that.  What's going on here? Are all of these businesses just issuing these policies or is something going on in the background?

 Local and state government.  Either cooperate and do as they are told, or expect problems.  The local and state government control their business license and other regulatory items.

 Plus, these businesses don't want to be targeted by the radical media.

Imagine the horror and outrage if someone gets a cold and the business didn't implement the "best practices"....

Just wait till this fall when the PI attorneys go into full force.

"Were you injured by Covid from a business that failed to use best practices?"   "Call us at Dewey Screwum and Howe!"

Exactly.  The Media is constantly banging the Virus is getting worse drum and the Democrat Governors, and Mayors are right there with them.  They are threatening businesses by revoking business licenses.  Freedom is under attack Nationwide by the Democrats and Media.
