This is regarding the shooting 2 miles from my office last Friday in Wisconsin.

I wonder if the genius thinks that the child playing in the street is at fault if the child is hit by a motor vehicle.

I do partly blame the child.  But I mostly blame the parents for allowing their child to play in the street.

As to blaming the motorist, it depends on the circumstances. (Were they drunk, speeding, talking on cell phone?).

Can you tell I don't have kids?
