Good grief. As a former childbirth educator I can tell you that a “birthing person” is a female currently in labor. Not someone who gave birth at some point in the past no matter what gender they call themselves. Even the transgender men who have given birth had to get off the testosterone and go back to female hormones to accomplish it, and, of course, they had to still have a uterus.
Although I’ve heard of a scheme to allow biological males to carry a pregnancy via intra-abdominal implantation. It’s theoretically possible although very unethical in my opinion. Babies have been carried to term by women in this way, not intentionally of course, and it carries a very high risk of hemorrhage and death of both the “host” and fetus.
Also I’ve heard they’re working on uterus transplants. Again, to attempt a pregnancy in this way would be extremely high risk.
I understand the transgender’s drive to want to experience everything of the opposite sex, but there is a point you accept the limits nature gave you. There are women who are infertile and cannot carry a pregnancy and they have to come to terms with it.
Hell, I’d love to have a dick so I could pee standing up. It’s really not fair that I can’t have the full experience of being male on the days I feel like identifying that way. I think I’ll go burn down a Wendy’s to get my point across.

I have a few friends that are lesbian. They sympathize with transgender, but hate being lumped into a group with them.

Lesbian is a lifestyle just like hetero.
Trans is a mental condition.
Lumping then together is as legitimate as calling republicans racist.
