The shirt of the pilot of 65251 got ruined. Needs to be an inquiry into that.

It seems pretty clear that the Cirrus, which was cleared to land on 17R, either overshot his runway centerline, or made the error to think he was lining up on 17R, but saw and was trying to erroneously turn final on 17L, thinking it was 17R.
