Title: SW PilotSpin fly-in brunch - Saturday October 23, 2021

We will have a fly-in brunch at Susie's Skyway Restaurant in Prescott AZ (KPRC). Arrivals starting around 10 AM. Transient parking is at Legends Aviation on the SW side of the field. A shuttle to Susie's is available. Fuel is available both there at the FBO from the truck and for a reduced price from the self-serve pumps on the NW side of the runways. Nearby Cottonwood (P52) usually has some of the best fuel prices.

come a bit further east then we will talk. back when the AOPA boards ran, you couldn’t get a soul to show up at a fly in other than maybe a handful of regulars. most just sit at home with their finger up their end and talk smack over the web. I know how it usually goes.

I’ve been to meet-ups that were announced only on PoA (Shelter Cove, CA; 0Q5) and on purpleboard (Vale, OR; S49). Less than a dozen people in each case, which actually made it more enjoyable. But back then I flew from Creswell, OR (77S) but haven’t been to any yet since I started flying from KRAP.

Normally these in AZ have between 6-12 people. Fun size.
