Remember, the couple behind SNOPES are died-in-wool libs, who have absolutely no training in investigation. They "investigate" by googling stuff, then putting their moniker on an answer they find acceptable. Their progressive leanings are often in the way of the truth, which is why so many progressive democrats swear by them like they are the oracle of all knowledge.
At the end of the day, I still think liberalism is just another word for communist.
Whether or not Bland was indeed profiled remains a subjective, opinion-based assessment. Bland clearly believed the encounter was at least in part motivated by her race and the relative affluence of the neighborhood in which she was stopped.

Not surprising at all. They would not take the time to determine if asking for ID was routine for the police or not, doesn't fit the template.

Knowing that the police officers are typically armed with guns and are a lot bigger than my 5 feet, 4 inches, I had no interest in my life’s story playing out like Trayvon Martin’s death. I stopped and asked the two officers if there was a problem; I don’t remember getting a decent answer before one of the officers asked me where I lived and for identification.

yep, people believe what they believe. Obviously, just mere belief doesn't make it fact.
There are many (including a few here and on POA) that think every interaction they have with everybody else is colored (no pun) by their own race or religion. They haven't quite grasped that at least some people couldn't care less about their race or religion.
