So let's try to understand this.
The Lunatic Left has their panties wadded up over one of their own who went on a shooting spree in Highland Park (Chicago). He killed 7 and injured 24.
Terrible.
Even Gov Fred Flintstone (D-IL) ran to get in front of the cameras within minutes so he could deliver a tirade on gun control. Tammy Duckworth joined in. Even FJB had to get a soundbite in on it.
But this last weekend (July 4th) Chicago had 38 shot with 9 deaths (not counting the above). No mention, no outrage, no politicians running to get in front of cameras, no 24/7 news coverage.
Hypocrisy be thy name democrats.

No word from Biden or Obama about that carnage.
But kill some wealthy white people in an expensive North Shore suburb and the ministers of death (democrats) come out of the woodwork to get in front of a tv camera.

A US woman has fatally shot a man who opened fire on a crowd of people with a semi-automatic rifle in Charleston, West Virginia.
Dennis Butler, a 37-year-old with an extensive criminal history, was killed after he targeted a group of around 40 people attending a birthday party.
Police spokesman Tony Hazelett said the woman's quick reaction saved lives and may have prevented a mass shooting.
It comes amid a national debate over guns after a school shooting in Texas.
Butler had driven by the area earlier on Wednesday evening when he was warned to slow down because children were playing.
He returned armed with an AR-15-type rifle and opened fire from his vehicle on the birthday-graduation party outside the apartment complex in the city.

This is why channels like AK Nation and BlackGenZMindset are so important. They are putting out the truth that the biggest threat to black lives is other blacks. It’s not racist to acknowledge that. It is in fact, racist not to, because you are enabling the killing to continue. Apparently, rich white liberals aren’t interested in addressing the causes of black on black violence. Rich white liberals want you to think blacks are being mowed down by white police and white redneck Republicans. It serves their political agenda.
Rich white liberals want to ban guns so law abiding blacks cannot defend themselves against criminals like this one and his illegal gun.
Even Snopes had to reluctantly admit the news media failed to report this incident. By the way, I would like to know the race of the lady that saved all these lives. If black, she serves as a role model other black females should emulate. All blacks should embrace the 2nd amendment just like Malcom X advised. This case perfectly illustrates that’s how you fight evil when it comes along.

Hopefully the difference is we are a federation of 50 different (sovereign) states where as China is/was a single empire, if I understand correctly. Culturally we are self sorting into geographical areas that have legal backup in that we are a constitutional republic of 50 separate states which hopefully will be able to ultimately resist totalitarian takeover from the Feds. Don't know if we can, but I see that as a distinct difference between us and China. Also the Chinese people had been for thousands of years conditioned to accept unification because of the geographical nature of China. In the U.S., as a "melting pot" of many cultures recently arrived (relative to the Chinese) from much more diverse areas, we remain more physically and culturally diverse and hence hopefully resistant to assimilation. They (the Marxists) are trying their best but it's possible they won't succeed.
