They ruled out DDOS Attack. The hosting's NPROC is maxed out 114 / 115 (99.9%). That's why they get a 503 capacity error. They toggled our CageFS user to kill the running processes. Now shows Number of Processes 1 / 115 (0.87%). Site does seem to be running better but there are still errors related to the php version on the server getting outdated. I'm sceptical about updating the php version as it could cause the site to crash but my feeling is that sooner or later, we will need to update it and take the risk.

I doubt anyone would waste their time on this website. Its looking like I need to update some stuff. May make the site go down for a bit. Not sure we have any options.

Storage can get costly on physically the drive space but also the performance of a forum.

If you want to share a bunch of photos, I would suggest looking into some of these image and file hosting sites. Most are free. You should easily be able to share the images in the forum by clicking on the insert image button below the "B" - Bold and the smiley, then entering the image link between the |img| http... |img| tags.

I have used most of the free forums out there in the past. I think this one is one of the better ones as it has a good many plugins for features. Vbulletin is better though and so are some of the other paid ones. Really just depends on what you want.
