FDA Asks Federal Judge to Grant it Until the Year 2076 to Fully Release Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine Data

The fed gov’t shields Pfizer from liability. Gives it billions of dollars. Makes Americans take its product. But won’t let you see the data supporting its safety/efficacy. Who does the gov't work for?

The FDA has asked a federal judge to make the public wait until the year 2076 to disclose all of the data and information it relied upon to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.   That is not a typo.   It wants 55 years to produce this information to the public.

As explained in a prior article, the FDA repeatedly promised “full transparency” with regard to Covid-19 vaccines, including reaffirming “the FDA’s commitment to transparency” when licensing Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

With that promise in mind, in August and immediately following approval of the vaccine, more than 30 academics, professors, and scientists from this country’s most prestigious universities requested the data and information submitted to the FDA by Pfizer to license its COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA’s response?  It produced nothing.  So, in September, my firm filed a lawsuit against the FDA on behalf of this group to demand this information.  To date, almost three months after it licensed Pfizer’s vaccine, the FDA still has not released a single page.  Not one.

Instead, two days ago, the FDA asked a federal judge to give it until 2076 to fully produce this information.  The FDA asked the judge to let it produce the 329,000+ pages of documents Pfizer provided to the FDA to license its vaccine at the rate of 500 pages per month, which means its production would not be completed earlier than 2076.  The FDA’s promise of transparency is, to put it mildly, a pile of illusions.

It took the FDA precisely 108 days from when Pfizer started producing the records for licensure (on May 7, 2021) to when the FDA licensed the Pfizer vaccine (on August 23, 2021).   Taking the FDA at its word, it conducted an intense, robust, thorough, and complete review and analysis of those documents in order to assure that the Pfizer vaccine was safe and effective for licensure. While it can conduct that intense review of Pfizer’s documents in 108 days, it now asks for over 20,000 days to make these documents available to the public.

So, let’s get this straight. The federal government shields Pfizer from liability.  Gives it billions of dollars.  Makes Americans take its product.  But won’t let you see the data supporting its product’s safety and efficacy.  Who does the government work for?

The lesson yet again is that civil and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure.  Everyone who wants to get vaccinated and boosted should be free to do so.  But nobody should be coerced by the government to partake in any medical procedure.  Certainly not one where the government wants to hide the full information relied upon for its licensure until the year 2076!

The “penis doctor” community is playing hardball to promote vaccine awareness.

Convincing the public to get the COVID vaccine has proven Sisyphean, but enterprising doctors may have formulated a foolproof reason why men should get the jab — so they can maintain their erections.

Their potentially penis-propping PSA is currently going viral on YouTube.

“Listen to the doctors, these are penis doctors,” urges “Saturday Night Live” alum Tim Meadows, 60, in the advisory, which was produced by the Urologists United For Vaccination Education.

The humorous two-minute vax promo, hashtagged “#SaveTheFutureBoners,” begins with Meadows and other male actors reminiscing about the first time they got it up, as well as the fun times they had with their no-longer private parts.

Wow!  I laughed almost all the way through. He doesn’t like new gays, he likes Stonewall and glory hole gays, SO TRUE THAT IS ME! ROTFLMAO! I won’t spoil the end for those who haven’t watched it but I related totally to that last story because I had a similar friend. I like him a lot, tells it like it is no holds barred. Love it.

Maybe I need to give him another try. Live I wasn't impressed.

Let's try a little thought experiment.  How many people get ill every day?  I imagine a lot, since we have lots of doctors and lots of hospitals and they all appear to stay quite busy.  Now we've vaccinated at least one in three Americans, so it stands to reason that those who were going to get sick would do so after they got their vaccine.  It is possible that the vaccine itself exacerbated some allowing the illness to come to the fore, but my guess is that it did nothing, and they just got sick after being vaccinated.

Sadly, those without much cognitive function would think that if someone were vaccinated and got hit by a truck, the vaccine causes truck accidents.  I've had this conversation over and over.  The only reports of this sort of thing are on right wing blogs.  Not even an hint of it on Fox News or any other journalistic outlet.  Not a hint of it in the scientific literature.  First rule of critical thinking is to evaluate the source.

As far as my experience, everyone I know and everyone I work with has been vaccinated.  I have yet to hear about one adverse event beyond a sore arm and a little fever.

Normally yes, evaluate the source. But we are in a situation where all sources are sharply divided and biased one way or the other. There is a lack of truly objective sources of information.

Having said that I agree with you. I'm not saying the vaccines aren't causing injury, I'm saying I don't necessarily believe everything reported after the jab is vaccine caused.

My mother for example. She got the Pfizer vaccine a few months ago.  This weekend she had an episode of cardiac arrhythmia. No way in hell do I think the vaccine caused it. She already had congestive heart failure and is 94 years old.  SVT is extremely common in such a scenario. There is no doubt in my mind this event would have occurred regardless.  And since she spent the night in the hospital, possibly exposed to covid, I'm glad she is vaccinated. Even if it doesn't work as well now, it still gives some protection.

Even in cases where people have reactions immediately after the jab and it seems obvious the vaccine caused it. For example, one woman who died within days of getting vaccinated sure looks suspicious that the vaccine killed her. But turns out she had liver damage, and she had possibly taken a lot of acetaminophen which over time causes liver failure. In this case, maybe she took a bunch of Tylenol for the flu like symptoms the jab gave her, and if she regularly takes a lot of Tylenol, it might have pushed her liver over the edge.

In that case, we can say the vaccine DID cause her death, as the cause of her taking the final fatal dose of Tylenol, but it was not the true cause. If not the jab, she would have succumbed the next time she got a headache and popped a handful of OTC painkillers.

In that case I don't think it's known by the pubic whether she abused Tylenol but we need to remain open to the possibility and in any case, just like an NTSB plane crash investigation, consider all possibilities and collect as much evidence as we can to objectively get at the truth.

We don't do that when we make quick assumptions about cause/effect just because of chronological alignment. But neither can we dismiss the possibility the vaccine caused the injury. In every case they need to do a full and objective investigation. Unfortunately I don't know if anyone is doing that, it seems everyone has a bias one way or the other.  This is a deplorable result of allowing covid to become politicized.

Jay, here's the problem, regardless of the facts of that story. Joseph Biden is the President. He has chosen to withdraw the troops from Afghanistan, regardless of whether Trump was heading down that path or not. Once he Was sworn in all military operations are his responsibility and under the guidance of his chosen military commanders. The military in country, obviously, painted a very rosy picture about the capabilities of the Afghan military. The commanders bought the intel hook, line and sinker and based on that intel told the commander in chief that everything was on track and Biden, on July 8th, answered a reporters question by saying the Afghan military was up to the task.


Now we have a shit show going on. The Taliban has taken control of the country. We are begging them to let us get our people out. Afghan citizens have flooded the airport, the only airport available to us that has exactly one runway that must handle very large, very heavy military transports. Afghan citizens are blocking that runway at this point and will need to be cleared before operations can be resumed. How long before the Taliban says, "fuck this" we want to some American heads? Maybe soon or maybe not at all, time will tell.
What do I expect to hear from President Biden?  That he was just following Trumps plan and that plan was flawed so it is not his fault. Ask your self this, did the follow Trumps plan for border security, how Trumps plan for the pipelines? Have they followed any of Trumps plans? The answer is not no but hell no, they wouldn't follow any of Trumps plans if their lives depended on it. To do so would be to adit that Trump had any good ideas. If you believe they just followed Trumps plan, I have a bridge to sell you.
