BREAKING: A New York appeals judge has lifted the gag order imposed on Trump by Judge Arthur Moron in the fraud case.
Judge David Friedman's ruling not only removes the gag on Trump but also his lawyers. Friedman blasted Engoron for lacking the authority and violating Trump's constitutional rights with his gag order
I think a lot of J6 defendants had similar gag orders. This should have a rush of Appeals cases happening.

I see it a lot with my instrument students, oops, excuse, “learners”.That’s why I went from those thick regional approach plate books to the loose leaf books so I could put the individual plate on the yoke with Cessna’s little clip. Less head movement.
Im not instrument current so I don’t even know if they have those loose leaf versions any more.

One tiny correction. The right to keep and bear arms is not granted by the Constitution, but is guaranteed by the Constitution.

« on: November 13, 2023, 04:32:49 PM »Murder is usually investigated pretty thoroughly, and if one is caught and convicted they are generally harshly punished.Yet virtually ALL democrats will seek a solution that harms law abiding citizens, as we are the only ones who they think will comply with their law.
But attempted murder is often NOT investigated as thoroughly, and robberies using a gun are investigated even less. And intimidation with a gun is practically condoned if the perp is not a white male. This causes people to think they can commit a crime with a gun and escape punishment. THAT has to change.
And NONE of that is aimed at law-abiding citizens.
In Illinois my brother will be forced to register his AR-15 by the end of the year I believe or become a felon in possession of an unlawful firearm.
All because blacks can’t stop killing themselves in Chicago.

Ford announced Thursday that it will delay about $12 billion in planned spending to increase EV manufacturing capacity.
Ford CFO John Lawler made the statements in a media briefing. The major U.S. automaker had expected electric vehicle sales to increase at a much higher pace, according to CNBC.
Persistently high interest rates are slowing the pace of demand for EVs, Reuters reported this week.
On Thursday, Ford reported an operating loss of $1.3 billion in its EV division during the third quarter. In the statement, the auto maker said that customers are unwilling to pay the premiums for EVs over that of gas or hybrid vehicles, which combine characteristics of battery and gas power.
