Given the state of public sector union control of the public school cartel in he US, I’m guessing this guy won’t even get fired.

POTUS should appoint AOC ambassador to Venezuela.

Just trying to push the left’s hypocrisy meter back a bit. Trying to help!  :)
Congratulations!  You have won the top internet post of the week!  And it’s only Wednesday. I LOVE that idea.

Well, I doubt she'd like my politics anyway!  Her batshit craziness is the only reason to date someone like that.  BTDT.  Yeah, not again, but you have to admit she's better than Pelosi!
Batshit craziness means one single fun-as-hell date.  Don’t give her your phone number, address, or real name.  Psychos have ways of popping up in your life at the worst times.  (No personal experience, but saw it happen with a buddy.)

You are right. That is a bad plan. Let’s see, how could we ... hey!

HOW ABOUT IF EVERY CITIZEN GOES TO THEIR COURTHOUSE, SHOWS I.D. AND PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, AND REGISTERS IN PERSON?
RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not mentioned a "tax records plan". If you've done some reading on Canada's plan, you may note that they offer two check boxes on their tax returns. One asking the individual to affirm citizenship, and another authorizing update of voting records using information from the return. That's frankly not exactly the way I'd go with it, or at the very least I'd want a cross-check of citizenship.

Many countries know factually who is a citizen and who is not because records begin at birth.
Good luck with cross-checking citizenship. The democrats are fighting the Census Bureau for asking a citizenship question on the fucking CENSUS. They are fighting it because when non-citizens increase the population count in a state, that state can get an increased number of congressional districts, this increasing their power in the House of Representatives. This is voter fraud by other means, perpetuated by the democrat party.

Kyrsten Sinema!  Politically she's a train wreck, and hopefully emotionally, and has daddy issues if I am to have any shot.  lol!

Go around, go around. Power up, positive rate of climb, gear up, flaps up.

She looks batshit crazy Anthony. I’d divert if I were you.

The fact that automata become pofit making opportunities for minicipalities and corporate America is not their biggest drawback by far.

They’re biggest drawback is they violate a core pillar of our jurisprudence. Under our system of justice anyone is entitled to cross examine their accuser. Even if their accuser is the State, the State has to send their representative (usually the aresting officer) for cross examination. You can’t cross examine a robot. And that to me is th biggest reason why automata should not be issuing citations in the CONUS.
I think that is why they are not enforceable and cannot affect your driving record. I’m not a lawyer, but I believe that’s the case across jurisdictions.

I got a red light speeding ticket in Kentucky once, accompanied by a very threatening-sounding letter. I wasn’t going to pay it, but my wife went ahead and paid it out of fear. I was pissed. I wanted to fight it. Because you’re right, there was virtually no appeal process. They rely on the sheeple to just pay the fine.

The town of Cary had the cameras and got rid of them. They really didn’t make that much money off them.

Raleigh still has them. IMO, they are dangerous.  The occurrence of accidents has increased at many of the intersections where they are in use.
Cary - is it still called the “Containment Area for Relocated Yankees”?  Ha.

That argument doesn't fly. Rear ends can also cause permanently incapacitating injuries, and if you have many more rear ends than the number of t-bones you prevent, you could end up with no safety gain at all. In fact, that's exactly what this study found:

https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/red-light-cameras-may-not-make-streets-safer/

Furthermore, you can reduce accidents by lengthening the time of the yellow light.  Municipalities were shortening the yellow, just so they could catch more red light runners. That's pure evil.

https://www.motorists.org/blog/6-cities-that-were-caught-shortening-yellow-light-times-for-profit/
That’s exactly right. That was discovered in Charlotte. Disgusting.

We had those red light cameras for awhile.  No one liked them, and I think the City fathers picked up on the fact that the ill will they were generating wasn't worth the revenue.  They're gone.

I never could figure out how these things could proliferate.  Had they remained I might have run for office as the anti-red light camera candidate.  That would have been my one issue, and I might have even won.  Folks really have those things, and for really good reason.

I can't figure out how speed cameras ever came into use in Europe. The first time they got used someone should have run as the anti speed camera candidate.  Everyone hates those things so much I can't figure out how candidate like that can loose.
When I lived in Charlotte they got those red light cameras.  The result was that rear-end accidents exploded, because people who used to move through safely on a yellow started to stop, changing all human behavior on the following cars.  They were talking about getting rid of them when I left in 2006, but don’t know if that ever happened. Probably not. Municipalities like money.

I went through the McDonald's driveway window and I gave the cashier a $5 bill.
Our total was $4.25, so I also handed her 25c.
She said, 'you gave me too much money.'
I said, 'Yes I know, but this way you can just give me a dollar back.'
She sighed and went to get the manager who asked me to repeat my request.
I did so, and he handed me back the 25c, and said 'We're sorry but we don’t do that kind of thing.'
The cashier then proceeded to give me back 75 cents in change.
Do not confuse the people at MacD's.
We had to have the garage door repaired.
The repairman told us that one of our problems was that we did not have a 'large' enough motor on the opener.
I thought for a minute, and said that we had the largest one made at that time, a 1/2 horsepower.
He shook his head and said, 'You need a 1/4 horsepower.'
I responded that 1/2 was larger than 1/4 and he said, 'NOOO, it's not. Four is larger than two.'
We haven't used that repairman since...
I live in a semi rural area.
We recently had a new neighbor call the local city council office to request the removal of the DEER CROSSING sign on our road.
The reason: 'Too many deer are being hit by cars out here! I don't think this is a good place for them to be crossing anymore.'
My daughter went to a Mexican fast food and ordered a taco.
She asked the person behind the counter for 'minimal lettuce.'
He said he was sorry, but they only had iceberg lettuce.
I was at the airport, checking in at the gate when a TSA employee asked,
'Has anyone put anything in your baggage without your knowledge?'
To which I replied, 'If it was without my knowledge, how would I know?'
He smiled knowingly and nodded, 'That's why we ask.'
The pedestrian light on the corner beeps when it's safe to cross the street.
I was crossing with an 'intellectually challenged' co-worker of mine.
She asked if I knew what the beeper was for.
I explained that it signals blind people when the light is red.
Appalled, she responded, 'what on earth are blind people doing driving?!'
She is a government employee.....
When my wife and I arrived at a car dealership to pick up our car after a
service, we were told the keys had been locked in it.
We went to the service department and found a mechanic working feverishly to unlock the driver’s side door.
As I watched from the passenger side, I instinctively tried the door handle and discovered that it was unlocked.
‘Hey,' I announced to the technician, 'its open!'
His reply, 'I know. I already did that side.'
STAY ALERT!
They walk among us, they breed, and they vote…....

Too much truth to this to be a joke...
This joke thread would be funnier if you don’t add true stories. Except for getting the manager, the McDonalds story actually happened to me.

I've answered this many times. You might remember me referencing Canada with respect to how they information-share between local, "state", and federal levels. This is one example of how it's done.
Information sharing relies on citizens reporting their new address, such as needing to change their drivers license. How many people fail to do so?  Unless you think Big Brother needs to have a giant database of everyone’s physical movements, this is a ridiculous assumption.

6283
No, it's not extremely difficult. But even if it was, the answer is not literacy tests or becoming the arbiters of who is worthy or not worthy of voting. It is my conviction that doing so would be un-American.
Now that’s just not honest. Enforcement is extremely difficult because few prosecutors have the resources to investigate the small  but numerous cases where people are voting for other people, aren’t living in the precincts, etc. - instance of voter fraud that we know exists. Prosecutorial discretion will often overlook more wholesale fraud if they are wearing the same jerseys. Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm has rejected to pursue cases of vote fraud in Milwaukee, yet conducted numerous “John Doe cases where his armed police raided the homes of an aid to Scott Walker, Eric O’Keefe, the head of Wisconsin Club for Growth, and others just like the FBI raid on Roger Stone.  These raids were for perceived political collusion!  Ultimately most were thrown out as an Unconstitutional attack on the first amendment.

But when your city and county is run by democrats and socialists, these instances of prosecutorial overreach, or in the case of voter fraud, turning a blind eye, remain unchallenged and unpunished. Chisholm is still Milwaukee County’s DA.

We need to STOP appeasing the snowflake social justice warriors who have hurt feelings or thinks things are inappropriate. Fuck them. The fact that this SJW thinks that is things said by white supremacists is on HIM, not on the baker.

Same here. I want to vomit when I think of how much we paid in taxes over our marriage, and now being forced into early retirement, I am LIVID that we don't have everything WE worked for all our lives.
Yep. Besides income taxes, look at the government (fed and state) take on a gallon of gas. It is massively larger than the cut earned by the retailer, or the manufacturer. It is a sin.
