gropin' joe is self-identifying as the President-Elect.  And the left-wing loons are jumping on the bandwagon.

call him President-Elect all you want... he's not.

It would be nice if people were honest.

Spin Zone / A page from "Executive Orders"
« on: November 10, 2020, 07:29:49 AM »
Who would figure that the dems would take a page from Clancy's "Executive Orders"? ...  that is, act like the winner...

Where the dems fail is in Clancy's "Executive Orders", they did welcome the court process.

Spin Zone / If you have TB...
« on: November 08, 2020, 07:17:10 AM »
what do you do if you have to go out in public?

According to the CDC, you need to wear a surgical mask.

Is there any TB protocol under which someone wears a face covering instead of a surgical mask?

listen to the 6 Nov 2020 briefing

suddenly, it's important for children to go to school.  Health professionals are noticing keeping children at home isn't good for the overall health of the children (physical and emotional)

I wonder if health professionals will ever realize the health problems of keeping elderly isolation.

New research into a “silent epidemic” suggests experiencing racism may damage the brain."

Spin Zone / Early voting
« on: October 30, 2020, 05:39:12 PM »
Today's papers (10/30) are saying that 2 million people have already voted in maskachusetts.

According to wikipedia about 3.3 million voted in the 2016 election (and maskachusetts https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleenr/enridx.htm says there were about 4.5 million registered voters that year)

This year there are almost 4.7 million registered voters.

A lot of people voting early here.  Of course, since 1988 maskachusetts has gone for whatever piece of garbage the democrats nominated.

The Tribune News Service has an article (28 Oct 2020) about "Is election stress disorder real"?

good grief.

but, let's for the sake of discussion say that such a thing is real...  Will the pukes that incite fear/panic/chaos ever acknowledge their role?

Spin Zone / hmmmm, math doesn't add up...

According to the Mass.gov dashboard, there are 146,023 Confirmed cases (https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-updates-and-information)

During the Gov's briedfng on the [edit:  21st] 22nd, a doctor was saying that 10% of the Massachusetts population has the anitbodies and therefore, presumably, currently immune.  His point was that 90% of us in massachusetts are susceptible to covid-19

But, with a population of about 7 milliion, that would mean that 700,000 people developed/have antibodies.  But there are only 146023 confirmed cases.

What conclusions can we draw from that?

edit:  146,023 is the total number of confirmed cases (not just active cases)
