Also, building power plants and distribution takes decades or longer IF it ever happens. So still B.S.You under estimate the power of Governments to mandate things.
Where do the minerals for batteries come from? They're not here, domestically. Where are most batteries and electric car parts made? CHINA. EVs are the biggest joke since the Covid response.
Of course the two closet Leftists still push for EVs. GMAFB.

How many walls could we hav e built? How many EV charging stations could have been built? I have a FB friend that lives in the D.C. area. He took a trip by car to go see the eclipse. On his way back he had stopped near one of Musk's charging stations. He said one was out of order the other were full and cars were lined up waiting. EV's are not serious vehicles for traveling yet. Around town and back and forth to work, maybe.

Don't want to totally hijack Becky's wonderful story, but.....
My wife has a problem with dizziness and balance. Today is our 53rd anniversary so we went out for breakfast. It's a local place we go to frequently. As she got up from the booth we were she lost her balance and was headed down. She always screams, which certainly got everyone's attention. Luckily I was both watching and close enough to catch her by the arm and keep her upright.
Next Wednesday she will have a reverse shoulder replacement on her right shoulder. This will be her fifth joint replacement surgery. Her shoulder has gotten so bad at this point that I get to a lot of things she cannot. I'm good at many things at this point. There will be many more things I'll get to do as she recovers.
There have been times when I couldn't catch her and she goes down. Fortunately she has not had any serious injuries.

The peak hit at our nap time. Outside temp went from 78 down to 74 or maybe lower and then back to 78. Exciting stuff.

Government allows vaccines to be rushed to market, vaccine turns out to not be effective and/or has a lot of negative side effects, said government is footing the bill for vaccines and is attempting, through coercion, to mandate them. One wonders why said government wants to suppress negative information.
