Thoughts to ponder. Sometimes my mind works overtime.  Let's say you wanted to make some Red State Governors look bad. You have illegal immigrants coming across the border by the tens of thousands and many of them, number unknown, are COVID positive. You have to move them somewhere and turn them loose on society. Where might you be tempted to send them?

We will all pray for her.  But she is in good hands at the Mayo.

One of our best friends developed inoperable metastatic Nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (what a mouthful).  The best local physicians (and we have some very good ones) told her they were not qualified to treat her and sent her to the Mayo in Jacksonville.  It was a long year of Chemo and Radiation, but she is now in complete remission with No Evidence of Disease.  They say NED or No ED.  We tell her is it great that she does not have erectile dysfunction.


I hope your DIL has similar results.  But she will need a lot of support during the coming months.  I was one of the ones that drove her 90 miles each way to and from the Mayo once or twice a week for almost the whole year.

Thank you, fortunately the chemo sessions are being done locally. She has one more to do in two weeks. The current plan has them returning to Jax on September 16th for the MRI and surgery would take place on the 17th. They have a college friend that lives near the Mayo so they are able to stay with her.

Kind of shows, no matter your skill level shit can still happen.

Update. Wife called the Urgent Care center within the health system we use to ask about when I could get tested. They told here I could come in right away. I was tested yesterday afternoon, NEGATIVE for Sars-Cov-2, Influenza A & Influenza B at this time. Of course, something could still show up for another 8-10 days. Still not believing that is going to happen. She allowed me off quarantine, she was getting tired of working so hard.   

How stupid. These tech companies are ALREADY doing censorship fir the government. They are doing what was implied by the leftist tyrants. Now she’s threatened them with “legal liability” for misinformation?

She is codifying their right to censor by making it law. It's a back door thing. If you guys allow stuff contrary to what the government believes to be posted we're going after you. Obviously she can't say we want you to censor anything.

We can trust that the USSC will not allow it to stand.

Not right. Back door censorship is what we will have. 

 So 10,000+ dead is not a demonstrable side effect?  30,000+ hospitalizations?  60,000 urgent care visits?  How about the 20,000 that had a severe allergic reaction?  Or maybe those 4,000 that suffered heart attacks?

 How about the 1,000 women that suffered miscarriage's?
