I believe Constitutional Scholars feel the Impeachment process includes the trial and thus is not Constitutional.  If he chooses to run again, this will end up in the Supreme Court.

Hmmm, how about a compromise. You can have an assault rifle, but you have to hand load ever round immediately before firing and you cannot have more than one magazine.

Representatives and Senators are servants of the people. They should not be making D.C. their home and have elaborate places of residence all supplied at our expense.

I believe the government should build a government housing facility in D.C. that would house all Representatives and Senators. Everyone gets the same type of housing regardless.

As an aside to the conversation, I believe D.C. was never intended to be a city with citizens but rather a city for the government only and thus it was not allocated any representation as should have been.
