Interesting claim you made. Kind of tough to prove in an unclassified forum. so I'll just say this: Lots of stuff is classified for dang good reasons. You might disagree or, more likely, you don't have any knowledge of it. And I'm not referring to anything that has any political connection whatsoever.I’ll rephrase. Yes, I get some military matters need to remain classified. Possibly even some foreign affairs matters. Only some.
And I don't know why you think politicians need to create some sort of shield... the crazy doormat had classified email on her personal server and then erased them... no repercussions.
Of course the President can declassify anything he want, but I can't speak to whether or not the President can issue such an order...We DO have too much classified. You think we don’t?
however, automatically declassifying materials would be a monumentally stupid thing to do... unless you are one of the people that thinks we have waaaaaaaaay too much classified data and we should declassify everything.
While technically true there is a bit more to it than the POTUS just "deciding" the material is no longer classified. And some of it had the highest level of classification. Don't worry yourselves, this will go no where. Trump will be covered by hisAnd you truly don’t care about facts whatsoever. The President’s sole authority to declassify a document rests in his power as Commander in Chief. There is no fourth branch of government that holds power over the Executive over classified information. There is no statute or bureaucratic rule that holds power over the President’s ability to declassify anything at any time.toadiesfriends in Congress. His followers are like you all, they truly don't care what he does.
Right. If that’s true, it must have been so critical that it took the DOJ NINETEEN MONTHS to try to get them back. Seriously, Mike, you need to take a reality pill. The sites Mikey goes to for his news don't tell folks that kind of stuff.
And Trump was in New York for his deposition when this raid happened. Further, his lawyers were there and demanded the search warrant, but were denied the opportunity to keep the document.
Reports are circulating that what they were looking for were documents related to nuclear weapons. Ooof, this doesn't look good for the Orange One. Moreover, a copy of the warrant and affidavit were given to Trump's lawyer, he (Trump) was there when the feds arrived. He could have made it public at any time.Right. If that’s true, it must have been so critical that it took the DOJ NINETEEN MONTHS to try to get them back. Seriously, Mike, you need to take a reality pill.
I suspect the judge in the case will release the documents, so we'll know for certain soon. Nuclear stuff at a club where folks, including folks from other lands, come and go is bad bad bad juju.
Yeah, vaccines only knocked out Polio and Smallpox. They're not to be trusted.
It is inherently a governmental function to stop epidemics.
Where is the IRS getting money to buy arms, they haven't money to investigate tax fraud? Successive GOP administrations have so badly neutered the IRS that I think you can get away with just about anything. A pity, I've read for every dollar spent on the IRS 7$ in taxes are recovered.
So far as I know if the IRS really wants to collect taxes they call the Federal Marshals, who are most definitely and rather heavily armed.
Dick Morris has made several "predictions" that never materialized.
