And he is systematically exposing them for what they are,  lying bigots.

Lying bigots with a far left, anti American agenda.

Uh, this is not rocket science. It's like anything else in life. If you don't want to sound like an angry adolescent, you take the novel approach of not saying things that an angry adolescent would say. The issue is not the medium with which he is sending his message, it is the way in which he is sending it. Of course some people like the bold crassness of an angry adolescent. I, on the other hand, tend to agree with Lindsay Graham. This is beneath the dignity of the office.
I expected that if you replied, you would actually address the request I carefully and specifically made in my post. You did not.

Trump was not put into office by angry adolescents, and does not sound like one. He sounds like someone cutting through the polished facades, eye-rolling and smirking HRC/DNC media shills, and faux indignant noise and seditious behavior of the left. People wanting that, among other things of import, to happen, put Trump in office.

If anyone can devise or imagine or suggest other possible ways an elected leader at any level could cut through the plasticized, unyielding, outright dishonest and monolithically moonbatty control of the emotion-driven liberal masses that mainstream media has established, please share.

The best federal intervention into health care would be to get the federal government out of health care.

They can do, or say anything they want.  I will choose to no longer purchase their products.

Then they have every right to stupid shit like this.  And we have every right to publicize it and to not shop there.

Of course.

Just wanted everyone to be aware that the company was essentially private and acting according to the principles of its owners. So their actions aren't generalizable to public companies.

I don't think I've ever purchased anything from Patagonia. I was vaguely aware they were run by ecological liberals, but had not bothered to research them till this thread appeared.

Patagonia is privately held. One family owns all the stock

Okeydoke. Sane people who read about Patagona's moonbattery will quietly begin make those profits they're planning to funnel into federal overreach a lot smaller. It will be interesting to see by how much!

This pretty much says it.....

CEOs of some major companies are upset about the pullout, also believing that man-made climate change is real and that we need to be proactive in this area.  CEOs of Dana, Dow Chemical, Pacific Gas and Electric, DuPont, Proctor and Gamble, General Electric, Cargill, Johnson&Johnson, CocaCola, Unilever and dozens of others.  I'm sorry you guys think it's a scam.  I'm just glad that there are some people with influence who don't feel that way.

Most larger corporations are run by Liberal/Progressives, and are the most PC organizations on earth.  The truth is that no one really knows if man's industrialization is causing any changes to a very, very dynamic thing like climate, and weather.  Also, the fact that historical temperature data was changed after the fact tells me that the entire thing IS a scam designed for more income, and wealth re-distribution by government.

Maybe those that believe in MMGW should alter their lifestyles to reflect their beliefs.

Once it became obvious who was driving it and how they were going to profit, I knew that it is a scam. The "science", I immediately discarded.

When people were selling carbon credits, I knew it was a huge scam.

Elon Musk, huge hypocrite!

Quote
Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, took to Twitter to announce that he would be departing from all future presidential councils in protest of President Trump’s decision to pull the U.S. out of the Paris Climate Accord. He assured his followers that global warming is real and that leaving the Paris accords is “not good” for America or the world.

Hours later, Cruz mocked Musk’s outrage, pointing out that he regularly travels around the country in his own private jet. If the billionaire CEO was so dedicated to reducing the world’s carbon output, Cruz snarked, he would choose to fly commercial planes rather than private ones.

Appreciate it, getting old ain't no fun.

As much as I hate cliché, it certainly beats the alternative.

They don't get that communism aka: socialism, leftism - all falling under the umbrella of ECONOMIC COLLECTIVISM - always results in totalitarianism or at best simply economic failure (ie Greece) because it is fundamentally against the laws of nature.  It is based on theft and coercion therefore not sustainable.  It is based on a false understanding of human nature, motivation and behavior.  It is based on the extremely stupid and unnatural idea that an elitist minority can best make decisions how all the rest of us should live. That elitist minority, being human, lapses to greed with the result being it becomes richer while the system in general fails.

Economic collectivism in all its forms is an unnatural utopian fantasy and every leftist is either stupid and/or delusional for not recognizing how the human race really works, or evil for understanding these truths but are the self-anointed elite benefiting from it.
You'll note that those preaching about the benefits of socialism never live by it. I've used this quote here before and it's true:

Quote from: Andrew Wilkow
Socialism is for the people, not the socialists.
