There is no nuclear button. What an idiot he is to think he has a nuclear button on his desk.
Just another example I guess.

Not to mention changing the Constitution. All, for the most part pipe dreams. The courts have become a de facto royalty, like the career politician.
It just takes one to make the reality you describe disappear and turn the world on its ear. That's what is great about this country.

Actually, the judiciary is not and should not always be the final say. Our constitution calls for three equal branches of the federal government, not the executive and legislative overseen by the judiciary. There are many mechanisms to keep the judiciary in check built in the constitution, including changing laws, the impeachment of rogue judges and even changing the constitution. We just need to elect people with some backbone, kind of like Trump.
