When will they release the dash cam video?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAGxDWKrjPQIt's pretty uneventful until the 8:14 mark when the white pickup truck with the bed cap suddenly tries to make a run for it.
Then, at the 9:18 mark the truck encounters a roadblock that had been put into place in apparent anticipation of the possibility of that move and plows off the road into a deep snow bank and gets stuck.
At about the 9:22 mark you can see the driver of the truck (Robert "LaVoy" Finicum) exiting the truck and walking into the woods with his hands up over his head.
At the 9:29 mark you can see Finicum suddenly reaching toward his waistband as if to draw a gun. Almost immediately the officers closest to Finicum appear to fire at Finicum and Finicum falls to the ground.
At about the 14:48 mark the door to the truck opens again and at the 15:09 mark another figure emerges with his hands up over his head.
At about the 15:14 mark the figure drops something into the snow ahead of him while keeping his hands up over his head. He then moves slowly around the truck toward the officers.
At about the 15:53 mark he appears to surrender to the officers and is taken into custody.
At about the 16:08 mark a third figure emerges from the truck with his hands up over his head. He struggles through the snow and at the 17:00 mark surrenders to the officers and is taken into custody.
At about the 17:21 mark a fourth figure emerges from the vehicle and following the same procedure as the two before him he surrenders and is taken into custody at about the 18:26 mark.
At about the 19:30 mark officers approach the truck. They then appear to search the truck.
Eventually the officers move in cautiously to inspect the apparently lifeless body of LaVoy Finicum.
The rest of the video is mostly just the officers milling about the scene and continuing to search the truck.
