There are some legitimate problems with inequality.  Example, the school to prison model, which also manifests itself as a racial pay gap. 

The problem is, Democrats are not suggesting legitimate solutions.  Rather than get to the core of the issue, they put band aids on it, like mandating racial equality hires and promoting unqualified people.  Therefore the issue never gets solved, it just creates new problems.

I suspect that the democrat (communist) party has zero interest in solving any of the 'problems' described in the OP.
The real opportunity resides in using minorities as their bitch to get, maintain, and increase power.
