The most dangerous things are already happening in this country. A foreign invasion of hostile and potentially hostile people. Destruction of the economy in the name of climate change and large scale government and corporate corruption.

I'd rather face my own military that maybe could be reasoned with than the above.

I also like to point out the hypocrisy of the left when it comes to illegal aliens vs gun control.

They say that illegals are "mostly peaceful" and looking for work to improve their lives.  Only a few of them are criminals.  You shouldn't punish the majority because of a small minority.

But when it comes to gun control, even though most gun owners are law abiding and peaceful, the left wants to take guns away from everyone because a few are criminally inclined or mentally ill.

The only difference is that gun ownership is  constitutionally protected and legal but illegally entering the country is not.

Spot on. At the core of all Leftists are dishonesty and hypocrisy in everything.  Man made climate change, Covid, guns, abortion, taxes....everything !

IMHO there is no coming back from where we are now. The communists have succeeded at the long game and will control the country from here on out. Even a Trump victory in November will bot stop it.

I unfortunately agree. The USA is no longer a sovereign nation, nor even a country. We are controlled by anti Citizen foreign and domestic entities with only their selfish interests in mind. The fact they are allowing anyone here is Treason and nothing will be done.

It won’t explode. Nothing will happen until people are starving. The most they’ll do is vote for Trump in a massive red wave but that will be overcome with Dem cheating.  We’ll get Biden, then we’ll get Harris when Joe has a stroke, unless they hide it and let Jill pretend to run things behind the scenes.  In the meantime they’ll ramp up the mass surveillance and head off any possibility of revolt just like China does and we will be permanently a totalitarian state with our “Liberty and Justice for All” just a sick joke but kept as slogan for the tyrants to rub in our faces.

Pessimistic today, are we? However, this is the most likely scenario, unfortunately.

When the grid goes down, and my neighbors can't charge their Teslas, nor buy gasoline to fuel their second and third gas powered cars, then maybe they will put up a sign on their lawn with a message other than hate has no home here.   
 

It's a disgrace.  Where's the media outrage and public outrage?

The MIC won't allow an all out nuclear exchange.  No profit in it.  Lots of medium to large regional conflicts that eat up material that needs to be replaced and a lot of proxy "expendable" nations in the meat grinder.

Then they'll activate the mostly peaceful migrants to start shooting up and blowing up the soft targets and we'll get gun confiscation (because it's the guns, not the shooter), lockdowns (for our own safety), and military in the streets (must restore order).  Maybe some public executions just for entertainment.

Unlimited riches for the MIC / elite class.  A population locked down.  Utopia!
