Really? I had no idea he was held in such high esteem as a musician.
...and always in places where socialism has nearly destroyed their economies, and taken their country down.
Just saying...
Many MANY years ago my wife and I took a vacation to Greece. In an Athens restaurant, she was taken aback by the unisex rest room. It is more common that you might think.
Reminds me of one day I was walking through the markets in the Aberdeen section of Hong Kong. A street TShirt vendor had t shirts with the "Chairman Obama" picture of Barack wearing a Mao uniform. I made the comment "Now that's funny!" to which the vendor said "Everybody know Obama is a communist!"
Once upon a time (anything beyond a decade ago is a thing impossible for many hard line progressives to imagine) John F. Kennedy was out at the far left of the democrat party. Now when you quote from JFK you get progressives claiming he was a right wing reactionary. The left has become the coo-coo zone, and the republican party has become just a tad bit left of where JFK stood.
I have zero respect for either of them in the modern parlance..
Unfortunately for the progressives mental cases to win, everything that anybody holds dear must be torn down and destroyed, to be replaced by conformity to the progressive mental illness, and faithfulness only to the state. These people relish destroying anything that makes anyone else happy, because progressives appear to be congenitally unhappy, and the most jealous people on earth, needing to attack and destroy any form of happiness, because it offends their selfish selves.
I wonder if they will apply such "thinking" to muslims....
We won't have a collapse, but there will be so many transformations that our country will be changed enough to realistically considered a new country.
Now for a slightly less serious point: I think your evolution of getting rid of the "alpha male" has already begun, ironically with the male millennials wearing skinny jeans and generally acting effeminately. Throw in the designated hitter and pink shoes in the NFL, and all hell is breaking loose.
