I'm still 6', 150 lbs. One day a week I go off the Reservation a bit, but nothing extreme. Yes, I've had a few Christmas cookies, bannana bread, and chocolate people have brought in at work, but I don't go overboard.

I had a great time watching the Perry Mason series on DVD and keeping track of actors (e.g., spock, mr wipple, col klink, david maccallum, etc)
Twilight Zone is good for that. Kirk and Spock were in an episode together, lol. Outer Limits and others as mentioned above, Damn we're old. Also, DeForest Kelly was in a lot of Westerns in the 50s and played three versions of characters in various iterations of "The Gunfight at the OK Corral".
