Yep, it's sooo much better when POTUS thinks of himself as the most powerful entity in the universe. Humility has no place in politics.

probably a few people need to understand what the Executive branch is responsible for and what the Legislative branch is responsible for.Unfortunately there's little difference as of late
Has someone changed the Constitution?
Barack Obama is a "Constitutional lawyer" in the same sense that Dr. Pepper is an actual "physician".
A divided panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has affirmed a federal district court’s nationwide injunction against the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) program in Texas v. United States. Twenty-six states filed suit against the program on both procedural and substantive grounds. The Fifth Circuit’s decision yesterday increases the likelihood that the lawfulness of DAPA will be resolved by the U.S. Supreme Court, perhaps even as early as next spring (depending on how the administration responds to the ruling).
In an extensive, 70-page ruling, Judge Jerry Smith (joined by Judge Jennifer Elrod) concluded that the states had standing to challenge DAPA and were likely to succeed on both their procedural and substantive claims.
Facilities need to be separated by genitalia, not whether or not you feel like wearing a dress today.
I don't necessarily disagree, but I think it's more complicated than you're making it out to be.
How so? Do you have a daughter? Would it be OK with you if a dude with a dick was showering with her in her high school locker room because he "identified" as a woman today?
The real question is why the president thinks he can make that decision for every parent.
Can we cut the distractions? What about the issue? Are you saying that because this particular article cites her that the issue isn't credible? There are tons of others.

Massive studies were done on the link between the MMR vaccine and autism - CDC; American academy of Pediatrics; National Academy of Sciences, and the UK National Health Service. All found no link between the vaccine and autism.
So why should we waste our time about the allegation that the Government is using vaccines to give BLACK children autism?
If the link doesn't exist, why should we buy into the racial aspect of this conspiracy theory?
I don't always agree with Will either, but his opinions are universally thought through and carefully considered. Certainly cannot say the same of O'Reilly.
I don't always agree with George Will and he is definitely establishment, but I would probably side with him over Ted Baxter on basically any day ending in 'y' - in full disclosure, I did not see the exchange and have not watched any video of it.
Will recently joined the Fox News team. I wonder how long that will last after this.

Sanders also said he has “serious problems” with the popular car-hailing company Uber. He called it “unregulated."
Meh....can't argue with that, it just bugged me is all. That's engineering, not science.
And that's pedantic, not profound.
