Not as far as I know. He’s been placed on leave and the incident is “being investigated”.
According to wiki it’s a hotbed of terrorists.

My understanding is that AR stands for ArmaLite Rifle.
Do any of you know what the crowd size was? I can’t find any estimates anywhere. Just vagaries like “thousands” and “larger than expected”.Pictures I've seen, I would say 100's of thousands.
Ex-Capitol Police Chief Says Pelosi, McConnell’s Sergeants-at-Arms Refused Security Measures While New Timeline Proves ‘Trump Incitement’ Claims Bogus.
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard
James Clyburn says "somebody on the inside" of Capitol was "complicit" in letting rioters inside the building
You’re completely wrong. Trump is a dangerous threat to American democracy, he invited a violent insurrection, and he needs to be impeached, convicted, and barred from ever serving again. Then he needs to be charged with criminal sedition, tried, convicted, and rot in jail till he dies. He is a traitor to the constitution and the United States and must be treated as such.I replied, "Come and get me, if you dare"
Every Republican who stands with Trump is also guilty of sedition. Cruz and Hawley should be expelled from the Senate. They betrayed the country and tried to destroy the Republic. We can heal once we’ve burned out the infection rotting the nation.
There is no pulling together with traitors. Trumps supporters need to be recovered, but those in power who backed him in all this need to be crushed and tossed out of public life forever. Those who attacked the Capitol need to be hunted down and charged with sedition and thrown in jail. Anything less just serves as a lesson to the future: that Trump’s problem wasn’t that he attempted this but that he didn’t go far enough, didn’t organize enough. That if only the next fascist who seeks absolute power is a little more competent they’ll be able to destroy the Republic unopposed.
Trump must be made an example of, for the sake of this country. Once he is removed and his compatriots in power are thrown out of public life, we can begin to heal.
According to Wikipedia the U.S. Supreme court “unanimously ruled that military tribunals used to try civilians in any jurisdiction where the civil courts were functioning were unconstitutional, with its decision in Ex parte Milligan (1866).”

Further, nothing congress did fits the legal definition of treason.
Lastly - WTF??
