Maybe the dike prosecutor hates white men.

Wouldn’t be the first prosecution for being white male and straight by a compromised jerk.

The original prosecutor was a white male but the one for the hearing for the retrial was a black female.  The judge was a black male but I don’t think he was biased, after all he threw out the conviction and gave Peterson a new trial when the SBI perjury came to light. It looked like about half the jury was black, but you can’t assume race prejudiced their judgment.  On the other hand blacks have for a hundred years claimed that white juries are prejudiced against black defendants.  If you believe prejudice goes one way you must believe it goes the other way too.  Blacks would have even more reason to “stick it to whitey” to make up for the past. 

But again I can’t assume any individual was racially biased.  They may all have been people of integrity. I suspected that the gay porn and alleged cheating biased them but one of the jurors said that during deliberation they specifically excluded that, as well as the Ratliff case, as both were irrelevant, and focused on the blood spatter testimony. 

If we are truly entitled to a jury “of our peers” shouldn’t we have a jury of people similarly aligned with our socioeconomic status?  Educational level?  Maybe race and gender but not necessarily.  If I were to go on trial I’d want a jury consisting of libertarians and MAGA supporters full stop and wouldn’t give a damn if they were black, white, male or female.

We're moving to a subscription model for new cars.  Want seat heat? $10/month.  Remote start? $10/month.  Radio?  $10/month.  "Self driving"? $500/month. Range over 20 miles? $20/mile.  And at some point when the elites decide we're not worthy of having our own transportation, they brick the car.

I don’t see the market buying it. This sounds like the double decker airline seat proposal. The consumer still has leverage over the dollar.

Is it Lucifer who always says the flak is heaviest over the target?  This is the heaviest flak yet.  MAGA is growing and they’re about to lose the midterms and Trump looks very good for 2024.  They can’t fix the economy.  They won’t fix the gas prices.  They’re too stuck up they’re own asses to understand how to fix these things even if they wanted to which they don’t because they’re doggedly pursuing the idea of tearing down the country so they can implement the Great Reset.  On some level they realize that bad economy and inflation will lose them elections.  So they try to rig the elections and they flood the media with propaganda claiming the economy is good.

Don’t let it fluster you.

Has it been mentioned that the elapsed time from when the shooter came out of the bathroom until the good guy put him down was 15 seconds.  Ten shots from 40 yards, 8 found their target.

I am so glad we moved into a place where there are no libtard assholes like that. All our neighbors are red blooded Americans, or if not, they stay quiet about it.  Also I will NEVER again live within city limits that have all kinds of ordinances.  In our neighborhood people understand basic human courtesy and don't need to call the police on each other.  Nobody cares if we put up a shed because we have enough lot size to not be living on top of each other, and everyone here is a productive citizen with need for sheds and shops because we actually do stuff like produce oil and energy that the urban useless morons have no idea where it comes from.  We are the productive class the Democrats HATE yet cannot survive without. And my family wonders why I won't move back east.
