A process of vetting would weed out those with a violent criminal history, ties to terrorist organizations, or no discernible job skills meaning they'd just be a parasite. Without control over who enters our country, we aren't a country; no point in even having borders.

I also like to point out the hypocrisy of the left when it comes to illegal aliens vs gun control.

They say that illegals are "mostly peaceful" and looking for work to improve their lives. Only a few of them are criminals. You shouldn't punish the majority because of a small minority.

But when it comes to gun control, even though most gun owners are law abiding and peaceful, the left wants to take guns away from everyone because a few are criminally inclined or mentally ill.

The only difference is that gun ownership is constitutionally protected and legal but illegally entering the country is not.

Under Article Four Section Four of the US Constitution, pedo joe is already GUILTY of treason in not securing the border from invasion.

The scumbag senate and congressional leadership are expressly ordered by the constitution to take action when the fuckbag, traitorous president refused to secure the border.

He’s absolutely correct in that there will be no deportation of the invaders. The rubicon has been crossed and there is no going back. He’s also correct about the republicans not having the will to do anything.

The democrat communist and the RINOs are already talking about mass amnesty and providing citizenship for these criminals. That will happen.

The democrats need low information types as a base. They definitely do not want anyone who uses critical thought or independent thought, or anyone who is hyper informed.

I liked Tulsi when liking Tulsi wasn't cool.

I think you are mostly right in that the D party changed. But I think Tulsi changed too. I believe that as she saw the growing hypocrisy of the democratic party she re-evaluated some of her beliefs and discovered that she had been misled by what seemed like good intentions. I think her re-evaluation awakened some of her sensibilities.

Just like a reformed smoker is among the most vehement of anti-smoking people, I think a reformed Democrat (or communist) can be the most solid conservative. They have seen the enemy, and it is them (with apologies to Pogo).

My youngest grandson plays soccer. He is a junior in HS this year and has played on the Varsity team since he was a Freshman. In his Freshman year the team made the 6A semi-finals before losing. Last year they made it to the final before losing in OT after playing 36 minutes a man down.

This year, they are currently 16-0 overall and finished their region play last night with a 5-3 win in OT. The team they played last night was also 5-0 coming in to last night's game. Our boys were down 2-3 at the half and tied it up in the second half to send it to OT. They scored twice in the OT periods locking up the Region title. The three goals they gave up last night was the highest number they had given up all season.

They have two more games scheduled before the state playoffs begin on April 19th. They are going to play two 7A teams in the next couple of weeks. Their record should give them home field advantage in the playoffs. Hopefully they can take that last step and claim a state title this year.
