Gonna play conspiracy theorist for a minute. Dude gets out of the truck with hands up. What if the FBI says if you have a gun throw it out in front of you. Dude reaches to follow directive and they use it as an excuse to open fire? Quite a stretch I'm sure, just thinking though. If you wanted to make a point, it could be done in that manner and, perhaps, no one would be the wiser. Weirder shit has happened.

It has been rumored that if there is no indictment the FBI may leak a lot of the details.

I didn't know the Supreme Court was supposed to have a "direction". I thought the idea was to nominate people that knew a lot about the Constitution, historical background and law in general with the idea being to preserve the document and it's intent as long as possible? With people believing the Constitution is supposed t have a direction, we might as well tear the thing up and go with which ever party wins gets to do whatever they want for as long as they are in power.
With this attitude, and I suspect the right wing has it too, is it any wonder we have "activist judges"?
That is the way it should be. I don't think it has been that way in a long time.

Talked with my liberal friend yesterday and she broke her Don't Discuss It mode to say she has Clinton fatigue, O-Care is bleeding her retirement funds, she doesn't want Sanders, and is completely disgusted with all elected officials. Is considering Rubio! Folks, this is big news. See what your liberal friends might be driven to actually SAY out loud!
My sister works in a factory that makes plastic parts. She is not educated and does QC work for them. She admits to being more Liberal than anything. She was down here the week before Thanksgiving and we had a chance to talk about politics a bit. She likes Trump, likes that he is not P.C. in nature, speaks his mind and likes his stance on immigration.

Liberal/Progressives want to screw with society (social engineering) to fulfill their utopian (aka unrealistic) ideals using other peoples money. Big difference.
The problem today is we see no inclination by either side to try and live within our means.
