Yep and the story will die a quick death. We are living in one of the most corrupt territories on Earth.
I can’t even imagine the guts it took to be in that capsule. When I was a kid that’s what I thought I wanted to do but in reality I don’t have the stuff.I think some of the greatest courage came on Apollo 8 with Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, and William Anders. The first manned spacecraft to leave the relative safety and pull of earth’s orbit, eject itself to a foreign moon, circle the moon, and then have the faith in the scientists and mathematicians that a certain length and power of burn would eject a spacecraft from the lunar orbit, point it to some precise point in space such that they will hit the earth’s atmosphere at precisely the right angle and speed, and not either A burn up or B bounce off to some other point in the solar system.
I have no idea how that paragraph about "a discussion with one of my gf's female friends" got into my post. I assume that was an Anthony post, but it wasn't in my post. Weird.
True, but still they knew that smoking could kill you; albeit slowly. So why have all those people won lawsuits because they weren't informed of that fact when they started. They made bad decisions and they paid the price. Perhaps the tobacco companies should have been punished for distributing a dangerous product, but that punishment should not have been to reward people that chose to smoke those dangerous products.
There needs to be arrest, and tribunals held for scum like Fauci and Burkes for crimes against humanity. That would require a functional justice system, which we don’t have at the moment.
Public executions need to be held.
