 Career politicians on both sides have destroyed this country.  Never, ever did the founding fathers envision someone spending decades in elected office.   We so desperately need term limits on all elected positions.  We need to repeal the portion of the 17th amendment that allows for popular vote of the senators and put it back to the state legislatures.

Legally speaking they (Trump team) are 100% correct.   The media is demanding they be handed the evidence right now.   Trump Team is saying the evidence will be presented in a court of law.

 If they handed out the evidence right now to the media, they would a)  start intimidating witnesses, b) selectively editing the evidence, and c) start a massive MSM campaign to discredit the evidence.

 This would also taint the evidence before the judge sees it.

 I've read the complaints filed so far with evidence.  It's compelling in taking the case forward.

Holy shit! Seriously?  Certainly it’s happened in many more states. The SC needs to declare the entire election invalid.

 The SC cannot invalidate the entire election.   Each election is a state by state basis.   In fact, with regards to fraud, it goes to each state to decide whether to invalidate or not.

 This is where the lawsuits come into play.  If it's proved that say Pennsylvania has irrefutable corruption, the Trump can sue the state to invalidate the election and not certify the vote.  The legislature can step in as well.

Ok in a nutshell. This is going to the Supreme Court. Where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale.

 No.

 If we are speaking the PA lawsuit, then what could happen is the SC declares the State SC acted against the constitution, and that the state must follow the state law which says ballots must be received by 8pm on election night.  This would require a recount, and throwing out all invalid ballots, which will give the state election to Trump.

It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional
mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.

 SC can't declare the entire election invalid.  Presidential election as per the constitution is a state by state contest, not a national contest.   So the red states that still know how to run an election, their elections and selection of electors stands.

This is where it gets good. The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines,

 OK, let's step back a bit.  According to the constitution, if neither party achieves 270 electoral votes, and that time, immediately, the election goes to congress.  So, let's say that AZ, PA, MI and WI are still under litigation, or unable to certify their votes, neither side will get 270, so now the house decides the President, and the Senate decides the VP.

 The deciding factor is the control of each state.  Right now I believe there are 28 states controlled by Republicans and 22 by democrats, so one vote per state will elect Trump.  In the senate, Pence will be easily elected.

 And no, there is no requirement to vote party lines.

This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen

 This is why the dims are going apocalyptic over Trump not conceding.   As long as he doesn't concede, and as long as the swing states in question are under litigation they cannot certify their votes.   This puts the election to congress.

 Again, Trump has more paths to win than Biden.  For Biden to win each state in litigation must go to the SC and get a decision there in his favor.   And since we have a Thomas Court now, that's not likely.

Also, if Trump gets ruled against by the SC (unlikely), he simply needs to refile another lawsuit in the state to keep it in litigation.  This will keep the vote from being certified.

Another fun fact, they call Gore the President Elect for 37 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And two people that will be part of that decision are none other that new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed.

 But the SC did not and never declared Bush the winner.  They simply stopped the recounts, which in turn gave Bush Florida, and the majority of the electoral votes.
