Part of me takes solace in that the loss is just eating her alive.  This is her WORST nightmare, and one that recurs for her daily.  It is like going to HELL, and all the Chardonnay in the world can't make it go away.  All the vast wealth her, and Bill gained as "public servants", selling influence, and policy to the highest bidder, foreign, or domestic will not comfort her.  However, the other part just makes me sad, that a person could be so wrapped up in POWER over others that essentially the sell their souls.

She IS getting what she deserves for abusing the power she HAD, and now that it is over she can't deal with it.

The Chik Fil A owners donate to Christian causes with their private money that are against Gay marriage, as is their legal right.  Their restaurants show no evidence of this, nor any religious, or Christian messages.  This enrages the Left.  However, they are OK with big corporations using corporate money to donate and support anti legal gun ownership, Planned Parenthood, Man Made Climate Change, any other Progressive cause, and Democrat politicians.

I rarely eat fast food chains, but Chik Fil A is the best, with the friendliest employees, best service, and good product for fast food.

Did I miss it?  Who was name calling?  I have no problem people protesting my Right to own a gun.  However, the display in D.C. was NOT a protest.  It was a political, partisan, government, union, and rich guy funded, and promoted DISPLAY.  It is a movement to remove RIGHTS, and CHOICES from law abiding citizens.  It is not intended to curtail violent crime.

If the FBI is this corrupt, what about the DOJ, NSA, CIA, IRS, EPA, etc.?  I suspect there are so many remnants that are anti Trump that it is causing huge problems.  Yes, I know this is called the "Deep State", I just call it corruption.  The Bureaucracy is very, very powerful in D.C.  Their only interest is to sustain themselves, and grow.  They spend their budgets even it they don't need to, in order to get more next year.  They have no incentive to contain costs.

We now have another CR, no real budget in sight, just a new deadline three weeks from now.

CHIP got funded, something Congress should have done months ago.

The Dems got some vague assurances that there will be some kind of DACA/immigration discussion.

Can't say much has changed although getting CHIP funded was important.  The Dems still have leverage in the Senate.  What is discouraging is that there is widespread support for solving the DACA issue, reforming immigration and moving on.  Yet both sides seem unwilling do actually do so.

The "anti-incumbent" party is looking more and more attractive.

I believe the R's gave the D's everything they wanted in three different proposals, and still got no from them.  The Dems wanted a government shut down so they could blame the Repubs.  I think that backfired.

Not to make light of the situation, but Sevierville has a nice little airport with a nice aviation museum with it.  Lots of cool planes that actually fly, including two P-47's.  It is convenient to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.  I have flown in and out of there, and parked the plane their for several days.  Great experience.

I don't do FB.  Never have.  Friends, and relatives always ask me if I am on FB.  I tell them no because it creeps me out.  They have my email address, and phone number, so can call, email or text.  If I am not worth the time to do that, then that's fine.

The Democrats know they will get the Black vote no matter what.  They don't want to fix the problem, and allow a significant group to become upwardly mobile and potentially lose their vote.  They want to keep the population just as they are.  Dependent, and controlled.
