Stan, that is really cool, congrats!  Many years ago, I was based at an airport (New Garden, N57) that had a Fairchild restoration shop on the field so I'd regularly se PT-19's, and PT-26's as well as some others flying in the area, and the pattern.  I don't know if they are still there or not.

My buddy just dropped another $27K into his panel with a Garmin GTN 750, remote transponder, WAAS, and reworked his entire panel which already had a 530, and full King Flight Director.  It's a 1976 V35B with Colemill Starfire conversion, and four blade Q-tip prop.  I don't know if the GTN 750 has SV though.

The military does a pretty good job of hiding the problems women cause in the armed forces.  There are lots of pregnancies, and other issues created that they cover up.  From what I have heard from some guys, it is a total freak show.

Bottom line for me is the military shouldn't be a place for Social Engineering Experimentation.  We are putting soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines at risk, and it is not fair to them.  These are life, and death issues, plus mission readiness, and success issues.  Would the lib/progs like their sons to get killed, and the missions to fail to make themselves "feel" better about LGBT people, and women?
