I'm 99% sure you can do it with a DPE.

Not sure if its an option you get to choose.

I think it depends a lot on FAA inspectors qualifications and availability. I would have done my Helicopter Instructor with a DPE as he was the only Bell 47 qualified DPE/Inspector in all of the Birmingham district, for example.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable knows for certain about how or why.

You need to contact your local FSDO and ask them.

If electing a conservative, I prefer it to be a conservative from birth, not a "converted one."

So you didn't like Reagan?

Being an initial CFI I would not count on it being easier.

That's pretty damn good ratings if 70,000,000 people are watching (20% of 350,000,000)

80% of those polled.  I don't think they polled the entire country.

New poll out, 80% polled says they will skip watching the debate.

Now there is a post where Muttley is getting upset because someone doesn't appreciate Bryan's humor.

Reagan started out as a Democrat.  During the election of 1980 we heard Reagan wasn't electable, he was too extreme, he hasn't explained in detail on how he will accomplish things in office, etc, etc.

We also were told "he's just an actor".

The McConnell Senate would affirm his nomination as well.

The debates are meaningless. They are nothing more than a "bitch fest" and are cash cows for the network. Nothing comes out of these but sound bites that get played over and over on the news programs.

Meygen Kelly is a media whore, period.  She reminds me of the line in the song "dirty laundry".

Funny thing about this, Trump once again controls the media. Non stop coverage of him refusing the debate, and Fox will loose viewers because of it. And of course, Trump will still have the majority of time during the debate as the moderators will continue to talk about him, and the other candidates will keep crying about him.

And his campaign will gain strength.     Brilliant.

The POA has become a pathetic reflection of the mental condition of the current moderators. They are a joke.

The band of idiots?

Aww, come-on.  6PC isn't a pompous ass.  He is more like a little puppy that seeks approval from his master.  And he's not dumb.  He is just naive and likes to be the center of attention.

Like the kid in the pool:  Hey ma; look at me, look at me!

I don't get that people think he is funny.

And his bromances with Troy and Muttley are way over the top.

Agreed. Why give BrYan more reason to act like a pompous ass?

I don't think it's an act.

Sure, but the problem is, who is stepping up to replace them?? Pretty much the same ol' same ol'.

I remember a poll once taken "Do you think we should replace everyone in Congress?"  The answer was 90%+ "yes".
The second question was "How do you feel about your congressman?"    The answer was "He's doing a good job", 90%+.

Voter apathy, it's the best deal for career politicians.

The Senate needs to STOP confirming Obama's  JUDGES .

Harry Reid controls the senate while McConnell watches.
